Your friendly local HD dealer will check that battery free of charge. (ha ha). Yup, believe it or not they will load test it and give you a receipt indicating the battery condition. I would do that regardless.

Okay got it figured out, it was the BATTERY.
I pulled the battery and charged for a couple hours and the voltage actually went down to 10.5 volts.
I pulled the battery out of my 1989 fxstc and put it in the Fatboy, It started right up!!
Thank for all you suggestions, I never would have thought a battery with 12 1/2 volt would not at least run the lights.
