Default Spark plug color?

Stock 80" EVO with 2-1 Supertrapp header, Arlen Ness Big Sucker air cleaner, 175/45 jetting and Ultima ignition. Currently running with no muffler/baffler since I’m waiting for a new one (postage takes time since I live in europe). A lot of decell popping when i release the throttle at high RPM, but nothing at lower RPM. Took out the plugs today, to have a look. What do you guys think? Worried about running to lean, don't want any engine damage when running without muffler.

Plugs look just fine. The extra soot on the base ring will mostly disappear when you get some baffles back in it.

I don't see lean, and in addition to said above, looks rich on the base ring (the low circuit) or from using the enrichener, however 45 is about right for slow.
