I have a 1999 Fatboy with 14xxx miles on the dash. Stage 1 intake and drag pipes with lollipop baffles. Runs great. Ive rebuilt carb and replaced ALL the intake and exhaust seals and tested for leaks. Good to go. My question is, after riding for a while and I **** the motor off for a few minutes then try to restart it seems hesitant to start. Fuel vaporizing? It will start just not as crisp and hard as when shes cold. Also I notice its worse if I idled for a min or two before shutting off. Running CV carb. 45 slow jet. new choke cable and plunger. Fuel screw about 2- 2 1/4 out.

This. Make sure its at operating temp when testing.
When you say "hesitant to start"...do you mean turning over slow with hesitation, then "catching", or turning over strong but not firing off right away..??
