Guys I have a 'scraping' noise coming from my clutch/transmission area when the bike is in gear - not constant and sounds like it's happening once per revolution of whatever's causing it with the frequency increasing with engine speed. Completely disappears when the clutch lever is pulled in or in neutral s presume its part of the trans?. Sounds kinda like a warped disc would if that makes sense. Any ideas?

If noise goes away when pulling in clutch, consider inner primary bearing. Not saying that is your problem, but the noise going away when pulling in the clutch is sign of a failing IPB.
How many miles? Any metal in the primary fluid (expect some very small mounts from comp, chain, etc). Any leaks?
Could be some "deeper" issues as mentioned but before you panic, remove the inspection cover and check the primary chain for proper adjustment. Might get lucky
