Default Chrome Tappet Blocks

I have a '97 ultra with 12,000miles and I'm having a cam put in. He'll be doing a new cam bearing and adjustable pushrods. I was thinking of getting some chrome tappet/lifter blocks (not covers). Anyone have any problems with putting these on? Any issues down the road?

Something like these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/124776222809

I`d feel more confident having my O.E. parts plated

Those are "sold out" but represented Drag Specialties 26533 set. They are good. I've used about 6 sets of them since OEM were discontinued - no issues. Or you can pay over 2x the price and get S&S.

Have them on my 97 WG for ~ 5 years and no issue with the aftermarket ones I had installed.

I bought a use set, don't know if they're OEM or not. No issues.

Check those oil holes in the gaskets, sometimes they block half the oil passage.

The front gasket will always somewhat show to be blocking the angled journal on the case. Put the gasket on the tappet guide and it's correct.

Don't elongate that gasket hole to match the case, trust me.
