So my 94 EG has the factor pipes with a set of slip ons. I am not a fan of the left side being a ghost pipe since it splits the rear cylinder exhaust.
I am looking to put a 2-1 exhaust on the bike and there isn’t many options specifically for the bike. I been told that any Pre 06 (or 08 I forget) FLH 2-1 exhaust will fit. Is this a true statement?
1995 was first year for slip-fit mufflers, so your exhaust is not original. The left muffler is only a ghost if the left rear pipe has been blocked off or the mufflers are basically wide open, baffle wise.
If you search for pipes from 1995 - up, you'll get plenty of options for a 2-1 that will fit. Some styles list '95 - '06, others list up to '08 depending on the style/manufacturer.
Ghost pipe huh? If the head pipes have flanges at the muffler inlet they are the original factory pipes. If they don't have flanges, they've either been modified by cutting them off or they've been replaced.
