Hey all I'm back.... Just been lurking and learning lately from all of you. Picked up a 98 Electra Glide ultra classic this winter, have a front rocker box leak i can fix that. My big question is there seems to be a good amount of oil blow by into the air cleaner anyone have a good idea how to route it so all that oil doesn't make its way back into engine? Or is there something wrong that i am missing??? Thanks once again in advance.

Just do a youtube search on external oil breathers and you'll have enough to keep you busy watching vids all day.
There are many options form cheap do it your self to fairly pricey if form over function is your thing.
ETA.. As brakless said, Check your umbrella valves. I too am getting blow by on the front and am going to be replacing them.
As mentioned change the umbrella valves but most of the mess can be corrected by not filling the oil to the full mark ... fill to half way between the marks
I use 3 quarts in my 1996 and it has not cause a problem in 157k miles ... Harley's are a dry sump system ... the motor only has around a cup of oil in it when running, the rest is in the pan ... having a little less in the pan doesn't hurt anything and it keeps oil from blowing out the breathers
