I just did a select on what you typed OEM 11147 and the popup Google search turned up many sources. Also checked eBay. Sometimes shipping is better there. Free shipping here , same outfit. Couple more dollars. https://www.ebay.com/itm/284145998000

Thanks so much for looking Jackie, I have one of the O rings in preparation for when i open up the Inner primary, my question was that in the photo it looks like a much "bigger" gasket rather than an O ring but I guess it is the O ring thats blown. Thanks again!

I personally would use a film of Permatex gray RTV on it. And the surfaces it lands on. Couple years back, I rebuilt the 5 speed and transfer in my 93YJ .

The aluminum cases glue up to a central cast iron support plate. Used it there. Worked great. Been three years and no leaks. It peals off on disassemble yet seal better in scratches and other minor face defects.

Transmission is same in my 89 Toyota long bead I gave to one of my son's. Not sure who makes them . They have internal shift rods with lockout pin that run thru that cast iron plate.

Heck of a design. Behind 4 cylinders, it is a tough transmission. Nothing on the sides to get hung up on off road.

There is an aftermarket gasket that is available for crankcases that have a cracked or missing lip where the "O" ring goes. I believe your picture shows that gasket. You probably should plan on ordering one as they probably put it on your bike for a reason. I don't remember if it is used with the "O"ring or without the "O" ring. I put one on a bike that needed it once. It did the job.

Thanks for that Mike, Ill see if i can find it.

For 6 years Ive been living with that leak and thinking it was the cases and what a mess that was going to be to fix etc.!!!! I put some Hylomar on it the are, not very well so will do again properly - to check if this was in fact the leak and IT IS THE LEAK!!! You guys have no idea how cool this is for me...it also validates all the other work ive been doing. simply epic!!! Hewres some photos oafter an hour heavy ride and a massive difference. Need a better patch but will do that later.
Thanks again!

Make sure you check the lip on the case that the seal rides on to make sure it's not cranked..I had that issue.. They can be repaired but the cases need to come apart.. There is also a gasket kit that does away with the O-rings..
