I was leaving my neighborhood today and at the stop sign a 7th gen Corvette pulled out and proceeded me.. I'm thinking maybe we can have a little fun... So we both happen to be going the same direction and we pulled out onto the parkway.. Man this guy accelerated pretty hard so I said okay let's have a little fun... So I accelerated hard too.. Got right up behind him at about 80 but not close I'm not stupid... However I did want to let him know that I would love to entertain a race.. So let's go, I would like to race and to have some fun..
Unfortunately there was a bit of traffic so we couldn't really sustain 80-85 And we both had to back off. At that point I was just going to let it go but then I noticed he went to pull on to interstate 495 and I said okay I'll go to, let's have some fun... Got on 495 and I tried to create a cushion and maintain speed with this guy so we could go for it.. I even pulled up along side him and with my left hand Waved this guy to say come on let's go..
I really did want to see what my Evo could do against today's supercars and about six seven miles, I Got tired of trying to provoke him into a race so it never happened, but it was exciting for me.. I was really hoping he would want to go for it cuz I'd of taken it up to a buck 30 buck 40 and hell I have no fear of that... Unfortunately he didn't want to go for it.. Don't know if he was afraid of my bike or what it was.. Maybe someday I'll get a competitor that'll want to match power.... Still prowling...
Yeah I might be a little aggressive at times but that's why I build them the way I do... Power is exhilarating...
In all honesty I believe the bike is very capable of high 10's But I'm really not aware of what today's supercars can do in the quarter mile...

Been running vets for road course work most of my life, and lets just say your dreaming thinking that you can keep up with a C6 or later, short of about 20 feet off a dead stop before any one then will eat you alive.
From C6 upwards, your talking about a 200mph car, with a hell of lot better aerodynamics than a Harley as well (make a huge difference at speeds)
So no, just like the other vet drivers, not going to play race games on the street, when your talking about a car will break 100mph before you even think about taking it out of third gear. Hell standing mile on a Base C7 is around 170mph (still in 5th and have not rev'd that gear out) , while lucky if you have the ***** to take a Harley over 130mph total before speed wobble tries to kill you.
A Harley against a C6 or later gen vet ,your bringing a twig to a gun fight in the first place, and that is just in a straight line run of half mile or so from a dead stop.
Throw in some corners and mile of run or more, you wouldn't even be bringing a wet turd in a sock to the gun fight, no mater that kind of power your evo is making.
I picked up a C7 a few months ago, they have some awesome power now. I think mines like 450 hp, I like the get up and go, but haven't pushed it yet. My fourth one, and best yet. I'd bet, they'd do 1/4 in 11 sec, just a guess though.

I guess it would come down to the model or performance package, One thing I do look at is horsepower to weight ratio.. On a conservative note I have approximately 6.3 lb to every horsepower... It might be a little lower but am not 100% sure..
If he was a pretty decent driver and had some experience in 1/4 probably high 11 low 12 z06 little quicker / faster.
my 18 SS Camaro same motor low 12s and my Evo Springer with a W6 was 12.4
