How many teeth on the rear pulley ? I believe a 65 tooth pulley is stock for your bike.

 

Technically a 35/8 bore and a 4 and 5/8 stroke is 95.457 cubic inch. Most likely if it is stroked Scott S&S wheels, if you pull the timing plug out and have somebody spend the motor over you might find serial numbers on the wheel to be able to identify what it is or you can also measure the stroke as mentioned by somebody else but you will never be able to measure the bore without pulling the cylinder heads..
