Default Front turn signal relocation kit

I have a 1998 FXSTC with the relocation kit that moved my front turn signal to the forks. Long story short; I snapped the bolt that the turn signal mounts to. I can't find any info on it, and I would like to keep them. I know the mount itself has a HD part number; but everything I see only has the mount, not the bolt. Picture attached of the good one I took apart for picture sake.

Would help to see the broken part, since if thread part is just snapped, will bank that threaded part is just an stud insert, and should be able to either remove the broken stud to replace it, or just drill and tap it in a lathe, to allow it to take a stud that is 272 loctited in place.

Take a look at this kit. I can't be sure if it is what you have but it looks close. I think the part you want is
Standoffs (2) 68989-98. The part number for the kit is 68952-98.
Here's the instruction sheet for the kit.
