Any ideas or direction i should go.??
It has something to do with the front end/neck design geometry on the FXR's that front ends from other models (especially springers) will not work on FXR's.

You're right, that's very noticeable.

The Springer doesn't know the difference in an FX, FL or FXR neck. It most certainly can be done.

I just threw up in my mouth a little bit...there's bikes that look great with springer front ends, and that's not one of them.

Well, it's neither of ours bike, so our opinions don't matter. I say let him do whatever makes him happy.

I think it looks pretty good as it is. It would look better with shorter bars like drag bars.

I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. Those apes need to be replaced with a pull back Tbar set up. If you're going to run a whitewall on the back need to run a whitewall on the front. If you're not going to run white on the front, don't run it on the back. The exhaust with that obnoxious crossover... dude, there are many out there now with the hidden crossover.

Thank God for the Springer front end otherwise that bike would be totally lost.

If That's what to OP wants then I don't see an issue with it. The one picture looks really good. Go for it.. He also slammed the back end. I'll bet it handles pretty well.. And yes, I agree a narrow front end would look best.
