try your local indy, the may have one layin around, or would set one aside when they have one come in. You don't need a whole one, a half will do!!

I will make some calls on Monday. ½ of a push rod will fit in an envelope & go in a mailbox if need be. Even if you had someone cut it in ½ just to mail it. Of all the help I have seen on this problem, the link below looks to be the true fix! This sumping problem is what brought me to HDForums.com in the first place. Thanks for the tip!!!

I'm pretty sure I have a half-a-pushrod tube in my scrap pile of "round stuff for future projects" under the lathe. I can look if you want. Keep in mind that it has about 60-70K miles on it, so if you want to start out with a new one, that may not be your best choice.
