Wrecked my 95 Ultra last year and early estimate came to about $7600. That was before they discovered the radio was scrambled along with the carb cracked. I thought they'd total it. Insurance company siad it was worth $13,750. i Asked them to total it then and pay me the 13,750 but they would not total it.

Checked my 85 WG very good is still more than I paid for it new. Excelent is over $15,000. but over the years I've changed a few things.

The value to me is what i feel it is worth. I know i would be hard pressed to get over 10k for it. But in looking at new bikes, the majority are fuel injected pushing 20k. First i don't know jack about fixing fuel injection, second the payment would suck, and third i can run with the twinkies just fine. So resale value isn't that important to me. JM .02 Kent btw if this was an insurance post i run full coverage also.

Evos are in the gray area now but will come back. A lot less of them made than the twinkies.
