Same problem as sodie
Hi all, I have a 98 fatboy with a crane hi-4 ignition, mikuni carb and a new(7 months) old coil. yesterday was a decent day so I went for a putt. 2 miles in the bike just shuts off like somebody hit the kill switch. I coasted to the side of the road and it fired right up. it did it again after stopping for lunch. I did a little probing today and found my vent line from the fuel tank was pinched. when I unpinched it I heard a whoosh. I also discovered the tach wire from the hi-4 was not taped up so I did that. Lastly I checked the circuit breakers and all the metal caps are loose or rattleing. I am I headed in the right direction to solve the problem? thanks in advance for the help
