Help and Advice

On a 90 model, it would be a good idea to replace all the fuel lines, rubber gets brittle over time when exposed to petroleum. Inspect the carb intake rubber boot for dry rot, vacuum lines and plug wire too, 18 years is a long time for rubber.

Thanks to all, I have managed to get a genuine HD manual from a Harley dealer in Charlotte NC.
I have managed to find out why the clutch has not been adjusted correctly, the screws for the access cover are seized good and proper. Anyone with any tips on getting these out would be very much appreciated.
