Swaped the andrews ev13 for crane 1-1000, has more duration same lift. When bike sits for a day or 2 it has a lifter that clicks/rattles for about 5 minutes till it pumps up. Anybody now of a brand that do this, the Jimms that I took out did the same.

Are these the orig HD hyd lifters? how many miles?

 

Yeah, how old, and are you sure they are adjusted right? Also, the front exhaust can use an extra flat or two.

 

weak plunger...because of added cam lifts...Iam sure you are using adjustable rods...replace lifter the crane is a good oem replacement and with quick change rods you never have to remove rocker boxes...gravy
