95 electra glide ..my bike has a ev27 that got killed by a big axel rollar ,should ii go back wiht a ev27 or go to a woods w6?

 

W-6 hands down, lots more torque, a little more noise maybe, but lots more torque. Oh did I mention lots more torque?

 

Since I've never had a ev27, I can't really compare them A to B. But I can say I have a Wood W6 (on the advice of my indy mechanic) that transformed my sleepy 89 Ultra. It's a major improvement that is instantly noticeable and pulls like crazy anywhere from 2000 - 5000 rpm and probably beyond.

 

to be honest I put in a w6 after a big axel tappet locked up and took teh cam with it... HD tappets went back in along with the w6 to me the bike seems to fall flat when I go past 3/4 throttle i have a 195 main but with my head work I think i will try a 200 ..teh bike screams out of the hole and in 1,2,3,4 around 4000 rpms it is thumpin hard, Feels great..
