JP Cycles glass matt super duty.......Hardly discharges at all when not in use ....totaly sealed.........unaffected by viberation

+1 on the new HD agm batteries for a custom fit you cant go wrong with Hawker Oddesys batteries either. Just make sure you have a charger thats meant for the AGM type of battery as they do need a higher voltage to charge properly.

i have an odyssey battery, and it def. stands up to all the abuse i put it through...sorry, now back to the touring section...

The HD battery does not offer enough cca for big inch strokers.Otherwize it is an excellent choice.
