No. (unless the heads and rocker boxes have been changed)
On the right engine case, at about 7 o'clock and behind the oil pump, there is 1/8" pipe thread fitting and originally there was a hose and pipe arrangement that was connected to the air filter housing. Most people, if not dealers re-routed that hose to the ground because of oil dripping out out the air cleaner.

Sounds like it's time for a top end rebuild. To be sure have a leak-down test done. Then replace the hose going to the air cleaner with a new one going up by the down tube and put an after market filter/breather on it and plug the hole in the air cleaner. I don't know why anyone would want oil vapors going into the carb, it causes carbon build up and lowers the octane rating of the mixture being burned in the combustion chamber. Both of which will cost you power

Mine still has the hose going to the air cleaner, it does have an S&S carb and air filter. I wondered about needing a rebuild but the damn thing still runs great, doesnt appear to be burning oil out the exhaust. I was hoping to get at least a season or two of riding out of it before a rebuild. I want to just put a 107 Ultima in it. I just dont have the cash to do it right now.
