Decided to try something the other day, so I ordered a phone holder off of Amazon. Mounted it to the dash on the EG, and went for a little spin:
Some may say that is lame or weak or whatever, but the benefit is worth it, especially if you get a good therapist. I always book my appointments with the same girl and leave her nice tips. I rarely have to take pain medication anymore. Given my elevated liver enzymes and pancreas issues etc, the less medicine I take the better.
It has also helped relaxed my mind and eased the tremendous pressure I have been under from a variety of sources.

I lost employment, and then health insurance. I went into total shut in mode for a while to save money and protect my health. Employed and have health insurance again, so now I'm riding.
