I've got a 94 Ultima Fat Bastard with the 107ci my speedo quit working at over 34k and I know I have put another 10k since...engine is a beast, still pulls hard and bullet proof, only problem I had with it was one summer I didn't get to ride because of medical reasons and the fuel gummed up in the carb other than that the tranny dropped a needle bearing on the main shaft and she was down for a while but I stand behind my Ultima...she will still smoke the tire off the rim if I'm not careful.
