I wouldn't do a thing with the engine 100 PSIG/cyl is OK The front end noise could be such things as the front motor mount a bad wheel bearing or a front tire with over 12K miles on it If the cam is orig I'd put in an EV-13 Andrews/ new torrington cam bearing/adj pushrods and ride it like you stole it!
I will check into an Andrews cam, i need barrel gaskets cause mine are weaping so I want to pull the barrels for that reason as well!
lots of thoughts on change this winter. I might pull the king pack to lower the profile, I have not yet decided on the origional fender with the light or leave the chrome one on. But the engine & the hidious rattle are my first target. didnt get a chance to fire it up today but I will tomorrow & I will try once again to isolate the sound!
I had a rattle that I could not for the life of me find, turned out it was the wire for the fender tip light got a little slack in it and was vibrating against the front fender.

Hey if you decide to sell the tour pak, let me know. As for the rattles, I've decided I'll live with them. I am looking at a set of Hooker slipons to drown em out though. I hate ipods.
