Default Risor torque bolt value 99' Heritage Softail

I changed my rubber bushings in my handlebar risor assembly. After consulting the service manual, I found that it didn't list the risor bolt torque value. Does anyone know it? Lock tight also? Many things can go wrong if the risors loosen!

Thanks in advance!

Default Thanks 85

I've also heard that between 30 and 40 lbs/ ft is about right.
