The actual current draw is hard to track down in the ad hype.
Excellent point, but the light output on HID is quite something!

Question Wait...what???

That's not the girls on the corners groaning? I figure I've added roughly 8-10 amps of extra draw with the halogen lights I have. I had to wire the spots on a separate hot feed with an inline fuse ( new style) as the "lights" circuit breaker ( 15amp) kept tripping. Double checked all my wires to the new lights and nothing frying and bike runs fine so I'm staying with the set up. My new voltage meter tells me as long as I'm over about 1500 rpm the battery is charging fine. Is the extra draw doing anything bad to the stator and voltage regulator ( brand new "American Made")?
