No. No way, at all. You would have to be a complete idiot to trade an evo for a shovel. Change up your Evo if you want something different. Unless you just want something to look at and never ride ('CAUSE IT'S BROKEN.)
the problem is my fxr doesnt have the look i want its plain as hell and it will never look good as a rat bike and its mint id feel bad chopping it all up and no one wants it ive tryed selling it everywhere i cant get 6500 for it or get a real trade offer and its wicked slow i know the shovel would be slow but atleast it would be cool i should have never sold my kenny boyce bike with the revtech
your working backwards. that 6500 you cant seem to get will be coming out of your pocket soon enough to fix the shovel. your repairs cost will double as opposed to the evo.

If it trips your trigger, go for it. Shovels are harder to find parts for than your evo. They can be dependable. I've owned a 76 and a 68 (not at the same time). 76 took me from CA to PA 3 times and the 68 1 time, both with 100% success round trip.
my question is whats the flh worth i dont ride long distnce i bar hop and go to bike shows the farthest i got in a day is maybe 200 miles all day round trip
Well I don't think its the blue frame model, my buddies is a 87 fxrc, if you want to keep it and add some character add some chrome front and back sold rims, differnt seat, get rid of the bullet signal lites, other than that its a sharp looking bike, but thats just me.
