We get a small handful on bike night at the Red River.. I think the real deal is that it just cost too much now to build an Evo to get the kind of power you get out of the twin cams That's why you see them all over the place plus they're newer...

Evo and Evo based [Fuel Bikes] and certainly Pre Rubbermount Evo Sportsters, Reign Supreme at the Harley Drags
Twinky's makin inroads... but only in "Street" classes..

Nah. Not all EVO owners chase that elusive 3hp. They build them in whatever way makes them happy. Many have become garage queens. The Twinkies that are so prevalent have been made in vast quantities and sold to people who want another toy.
Personally, I like being on something that is not like most of the bikes around me.

Ride on!

Here's where mine went. This is what happens when you hit a car that turns left in front of you at 50 MPH! Notice the twist in the steering head in the second photo. Some serious frame damage, so insurance totaled it.
