Next time i would just make the entire piece, this cover from arlen ness is GARBAGE! but its closer to what you would receive from a company like baddad, now that we but hours into it.

customized side covers took a lot of work. There are plenty of onse out there you could order, in the future, i would.
But i wanted a one off look.

Feels like forever, but the parts are finally coming back. and going on as fast as i get'm


Front end finally going back together. i got the longer fork top covers


new auto chain tentioner, and clutch back in,


and finally mocking up outer

dude thats going to be sweet!
I have a 95 glide that i'm going to cut into after I get this hardtail shovel done.
There is nothin like building your own ride, good luck looks good..

I ordered Liquid Seat Pad Foam and busted out the electric turkey knife.
I decided to use my old biker jacket as a cover, more pics when completed
