I put one of those on my new starter, its really only good if you have a bad wire fron handle bar down. It won't eliminate the click as I found out.

Get a re-build kit and rebuild the solenoid. I would still get the button cover too.

Well, guys, I thought my click was with the solenoid as well forever. Even replaced the relay and the 30 amp fuse back there. Turns out, the 15 amp fuse under the gauge cluster was loose. Tightened that up and she starts like a champ now.

Ok going to try a solenoid replacement. Never done one but going to try. Any ideas (you tube vieo etc)is this a pretty easy replacement for a newbie. Got my repir manual and gong to look it over. Thanks for your input!
