the only bolt I see is holding the electrical ground wire which is not out and has plenty of wiggle room.

The only thing I can find on the back is the starter nuts, which came off with the starter. Can you remember where the bolts might be? It is kinda dark and hard to see back there even with a flashlight.
there’s a bolt in the back where the blackstrap ground is u need to remove that too
