There's probably nothing wrong. Many HDs don't have the tire centered under the fender.

True...not uncommon at all.

Same here. Mine has never been centered exactly in the middle. As long as your not rubbing or hitting anything, your probably OK.

Mines not either. Lots of miles on the bike so it must be normal.

By chance my 1990 Glide is pretty plumb centre, but that is exceptional! On the other hand you've nothing to worry about.

Guys are right, some models just don't have the tire centered. Not sure why the design is like that ,but it is.My 98 King is the same way. There's only one way the tire goes on.Mine has one spacer on the disc brake side, two on the other. The two inside spacers are the same width, the third spacer,on the pully side is wider, which makes up the distance or thickness of the calliper on the brake side.
Another note to watch for if you're changing your own tires, the spacers are flat on one side and a slight bevel on the other side.Make sure the bevel side goes next to the wheel/bearing. I didn't catch this the 1st time I changed my tires but found out the wheel didn't wanna turn very freely, didn't even have the axle nut on that tight yet and couldn't figure it out.Called a buddy and he knew right away what I had done.Take the freekin wheel(back wheel) back off, looked at the bushings and they were both on there wrong.Turned the bushings around, slid it back together and ...all was well! Sometimes it's just simple little things that can drive ya crazy but when you figure em out, you'll always remember!
