Personally I like powdercoating, the new stuff is darned near bullet proof.... ok not really bullet proof but it is tough!

BBQ paint cured in the oven sounds straight forward enough, I stripped off all the old stuff with paint stripper last night, quick wash down with the hose and then into the new dishwasher!!!! they came out spotless. Quick spray of WD40 to stop the bores rusting. Have to be a bit carefull if the other half finds out I know how to work the dishwasher she will expect me to fill it,No way!! Same with ovens if you can work it they expect you to cook too
