Default Help locating a used part.

Found my clutch problem. It has a 79 -84 primary #60602-79, mine should be a 60662-86A. Checked aftermarket and it is not manufactured anymore. None on here or vtwin. None on ebay. Elvis has none. My indy is checking around for one. Do you guys have anyone around with some used parts laying around? Shops or salvage yards? If so can ypu check for me or let me know the number? Thanks in advance.

The 2005 has the 88 Evo. It was custom built and has a custom frame so it is titled as an 05. The engine is an 88 FXR.

Thanks. I will give him a call. The one he shows is a 60661-86A 86-89 but that's an 89. It doesn't have the solenoid hole. I would have to change the starter and maybe the starter shaft and gear. But thanks, don't know why he wasn't turning up on my searches.

If you don't have one already,go to your local Harley dealers and get one of their tour maps. They list most of the dealers nationwide + to include addresses and phone numbers. Then starting at the nearest ones work your way around the country. Lots of dealers have discontinued parts that are not on the harley tracker inventory. This is how we find all of the discontinued parts that we need. Just don't tell anyone else as it's a secret!!!!

Checked pinwheel and nonthing. Got a buddy talked to his buddy, who may have one. Won't know till wed. If he don't he has one for a 90, so I'll have to change the starter.
