carb explotion, backfire and running on one piston when going slow
This is a strange one... if I go slow (less than 30mph) on 2nd or 3rd gear for like a 2 minutes I start to get small carb explosions, backfire on the exhaust and running on one piston! If I get it up to 50-60mph then everything runs smooth. The longer I stay going slow the longer it need to clear up but it will.
So whats wrong?
PS:
I had a lot of carbon buildup on the cylinder, if I don't find whats wrong and keep using it like this will it get all dirty again inside the jugs?
Do a compression and a leakd own test first. Check the plugs, wire and ignition system. Get back with the results and we should be able to figure this out.
This morning I took it for a small ride and no problem until I got to a traffic light, after 60 secs the light turns green and the problem started right away!
So, how do I check for an intake leak?
loose or bent pushrods??? how can this be the cause of this problem? keep in mind that my mechanics skills are better than average but not to technical, mostly I'll read and ask from what happens to me and my friends.
BTW. I have change the plugs a week ago and nothing got better.

Well I mentioned pushrods because this has happened to me before and on back fire had flames coming out a/c all because the exhaust or was it intake wouldn't open because of loosened pushrod. Basicly just pop the pushrod cover clips and roll bike in 5th gear until pushrod is at lowest point and make sure it's not shaky loose but just spins , you would have to wait for which ever one your Che king to bleed down. But really after your last description I don't think it's pushrods. To check for intake leak with a can of wd40 spaying toward intake couplers (intake ports at heads and carb inlet) use the straw adapter thing on the wd40 nozzle and avoid spraying into air filter , bike running of course. If you have a leak you'll get big fluctuation in rpms. I have seen new Plugs be bad, you may also want to try changing plug wires or make sure there seated ok at coil.
Same symptoms, I bought a set of new spark plug wires bought from an indy, and ended up removing electronic ignition and going back to points ,only to find when I put the factory wires back on bike ran perfect.Just a thought

So when it is doing this, are you getting any smoke out of the exhaust? Do you have an aftermarket ignition? First order of business is a compression test as stated earlier.
