If it has stock pushrods then disregard my suggestion, stock rods hitting would be VERY unlikely. Probably time for lifters and cam bearing as others mentioned.

+10 on the ev27 and adjustable pushrods, you wont be dissapointed.

The stock lifters are fine. I am having good luck with some screaming eagle pushrods. (Bent all 4 of the chrome molley ones)

Just out of curiocity what does looking at a certain cam have to do with the lifters or pushrods you use?

Nothing but earlier we were talking about cams and it was on my mind. I've been needing to do the bearing and now's a good time to do cam, lifters and push rods.

As for the Woods W6 I think I saw a couple of people here saying they were good cams.

good luck with what ever you choose.

As per mia you are probably looking at a lifter or pushrod for the knock. That said it should go away when you put in all new parts.
