Default 1986 FLHTC gauges

I want to replace my old gauges especially the clock. Found some different ones from VDO and others but how do you measure the size of the gauge? Is it front or rear? Or is someone knows what size they are that would be cool!

Far as I know, the gauges are measured by the hole in the dash they go through.

If you find a clock that fits and looks nice, please let us know, as that thing is unobtainium and they are about all broke by now.

Yeah mine is not working which is how I got searching for a replacement. There were a cuople of leads I had but they all were dead ends. VDO and some other manufacturers like Auto meter make replacement clocks that look very similar but I have to get the size and I was hoping not to have to tear into the dash again. Anyone know the hole size?
