Not much, but, it spatters on the engine while riding...........
Does she still breath into the air cleaner?? The heads will slobber some out of the breather, expecially at high RPM's.. Most modifications will route it down into a "road draft" tube under the engine so you cant see it..
On your air cleaner mount. The factory one will bolt to the heads with banjo bolts, the ones that allow flow through them. This allows crancase pressure to vent into the air cleaner and be consumed by the engine, through the carb. Most high flow a/c's that I'm aware of will remove this feature and tie the two breather/banjo bolts together with some sort of tube and a rubber hose that will run down the jugs, between the engine and trans. This way, when it breathes it will not vent into the a/c, it will simply just dribbble or "splatter" on the ground, hopefully not on the rear tire .. Hope that makes sense.. I'm thinking by your description that youres may still breath into the a/c and the filter has just been soaking up the oil until you cleaned it..
Scott - Bertha has an Arlen Ness Big Sucker (Derby Sucker, actually). No tubes... the breather gases go through holes in the breather bolts right into the intake. With a Big Sucker, you can't run an external drain hose and you shouldn't ever need to. If you are getting oil in the A/C, which then drips onto the engine - you are running too much oil. Run no more than about 3 1/2 quarts and the problem should go away.
You can also enlarge the oil drain holes in the middle rocker box cover a bit to help oil drainage from the breather area... check out this link... 101 Harley-Davidson Evolution Performance Projects. Didn't I give you this book when you bought Bertha? I meant to...

Nope, didn't get that book, but I've been using the heck out of the other ones you sent with her.
Right now, I'm trying dino oil in her to see if the leak slows down. The dipstick shows full cold. But I know I have less the 4 qts in her.
