Default Replacing foam around speedometer

Ok, Im looking at replacing the foam around my speedometer on my 1994 FLHTC and Im kind of wondering how to get it out? Any help is really appreciated...

Do you mean the gasket between the speedo unit and the inner fairing? If so, when you remove the 4 bolts holding the speedo from the front side, and pull the speedo toward the front of the bike, it will come along with the peedo. Be careful with that gasket. When I repainted the bike this winter, found out it was obsolete and a dealer search turned up none.
