Have you pinched a brakehose while doing the front wheel work ?
Have seen older brake hoses that have been twisted or pinched during work procedures that will partely flake off an internal piece of rubber inside the hose and effectively produce a one way valve inside the hose allowing pres. to the caliper and stopping return pres. back.
Try to follow back what you did with the wheel work and look for any possble way that this procedure has caused your problem now.

If your caliper pistons were dirty and you removed the caliper and by doing so pushed the pistons in a little further that the normal operating range they can hang up due to the gunk being pushed into the bore. Just a thought...

My rear caliper was sticking a couple of months ago. I disassembled and cleaned the caliper. Hasn't happened again. Is just one caliper sticking, or both?

Easiest thing to do is clean the bore and piston. If that doesn't fix it, plan B.
