Default Starting problems Redneck chopper.

I´ve purchaced a Redneck Getting high chopper 2002 mod with complete Rev Tech drive line.
Engine is a EVO style 100" with release valves and Mikuni HRS 42
I have starting problem when engine gets cold.
The starter drains the battery in 10 sec. When hot there is noe problems.
I put inn a new Apollo 545 battery with 230 cca instead off my previouse Odessey 545 with 180 cca.
I charged the battery over night an still problem with cranking. When allmost empty I charge the battery for 4-5 min and it starts with the charger connectet.
Any suggestion..?
