Default It was Temting

Went by the local dealer to pick up some parts.......it was sittting on the floor, less than 4K on the clock. I dont know why I like sidecar rigs so much, but I do.

2001 FLHRPI shipped from the factory with the sidecar.....14K, not a bad price.

Not a bad ride at all, the price seems high for a 12 y.o. ride but it is a sidecar so you'll be original at al rallies. I bet it was tempting for ya.

I took Mrs Spanners for a road trip on an Electra Glide with a Sidecar........

let's just say its "different".

For you guys its OK on left corners but the rights take some getting used to!!!!

You accelerate into a right and brake into a left or it won't steer properly.

You gotta go out and practice getting it up onto 2 wheels so that you know the parameters for safety and then its way less stress.

Brilliant!

As for sidecars, they are an acquired taste. My very first bike had one, but I never got the thing to run, so was saved any embarrassment!
