There's a pretty well attended Bike Night at Twin Peaks in Round Rock, but that's a long way from Dripping Springs. I'd be in for something more central if you have any suggestions.

The closest I can think of middle is either The Warehouse on Ben White or the Black Sheep Tavern on Lamar just south of Oltorf.
