That's not an editor, I don't think. You should have Paint in your accessories folder, but that isn't robust enough. I use a freeware program called Photoscape. You can save it as a jpeg which reduces the size enough to upload. I ctrl printscreen, paste to Photoscape and save as a jpeg and upload.

I don't think the os has anything to do with it. Something about the browser. I'll have to get the latest IE and see if it's different.

All I can get for XP is IE8, and it's the same stuff, bunch of advertising.
