Well traildog; I have found that riding 50 miles one day just makes you want to ride 100 the next day. So it really does not alleviate anything. Sometimes it just makes it worse. I rode 65 on Wednesday, and the weather has not been so good since. Makes me want to ride just that much more. I think it's like potato chips and peanuts, you can't just eat one. Now I'm hungry too. LOL.

It's just rain and cold down here in Baltimore, but maybe turning to snow or ice by morning. So that means its a two martini evening for me, and off to the bike show tomorrow! Be safe in the snow!
