Hi guys, Just wondered if anyone has taken all the Touring gear off their Ultra and what did the end results look like. Pics. much appreciated.
BungoBill 91 Ultra.
What year and I'll specifically tell ya what and why it'll look bad. A bagger is a bagger. It is what it is. My pal dropped his lowers and the tourpak but kept the bags. I forever saw the marks where the lowers were. I'm picky like that. If it's an 80s dresser then the dash and speedometers gonna look DUMB.
To each his own, I hate my heritage tins so wtf do I know!?
Hey partner,
I have a 1994 fltcu ultra with a fixed fairing. I took off the tour pak and left the lowers. It's starting to look like a road glide, I think. Matter of fact, a guy asked me the other day what year my road glide was. Gave me a grin from ear to ear! I also put on chrome spokes and wide white walls. It looks somewhat nostalgic and frigin awsome!! The only quest I have now is to find a way to get a quick-release hardware on it to remove and replace the tour pak for distance riding. Got any suggestions??
