The twin cams are only there to reduce noise! Too many noise generators on a Harley are on the right side: inlet, exhaust plus cams, valve train.

I think Harley is to be congratulated on keeping its air cooled engines alive, when pretty well everyone else has gone to water-cooling.

Unfortunately the dickwads who are suing H-D for making their engines run so hot your pants catch fire would disagree with you.....

My 103 with stage one (heavy breather, SERT and D&D Fatcat/Boss exhuast) was 78 hp and 98 ftlbs of torque, so mid sixties stock sounds reasonable,

Dyno numbers for a stock 2001 RK in the Touring forum were 66.71hp and 76.93tq. A 2012 103" SG were 67.77hp and 83.97tq, which fit well with your stage 1 numbers.
