Anybody know what years the rear swingarms fit on FXR's? Did they change at all? I may have damaged mine on my 1990, so I need to find out what will work as a replacement if I cant clean up and fix mine. Thanks!

Get a panhead swingarm. I think the round ones look so much better than the stock ones. It may not have all the mounting points you may need.
The shock mounts will be too far forward!
I fitted a later spec swingarm to my 1990 bike, which is sturdier than the open ended tube of the original. Others have also done it, but I wrote up my experiences here. It includes all the warts and snags, but should give a clearer run for someone starting from scratch.
