Well here's an update on my mistake....took the heads and jugs to a local machinist that welded and machined the head where the screw embedded along with cleaning up the valves and seats. I had to have the intake valve and guide on the damaged head replaced and as he suggested after checking specs on the jugs, have them bored .020 over, he also sized the rings to the jugs for the 9.5:1 KB pistons I got. I then spent the following week putting her back together carefully, taking my time and making sure everything was tight, and yes I did use loctite. Free wheeled the engine over making sure nothing bumped, ground or slapped. Started her up and after a few moments getting fuel she fired great. I am now starting a break-in period to make sure I get this right and have no future problems with blow-by. I will be back with some pics and follow up questions on other things I would like to do but need some guidance on. Thanks everyone for your input.
