Well; I picked up my 03 outer HD batwing fairing today, from a local Ebay seller. The fairing is in fairly good shape, with a few scratches here and there. The plastic doesn't seem too strong, though : ( I hope the inner fairing combined with the outer, adds some strength & rigidity - or else I am going with the Memphis Shades fairing. From casual observance, the Memphis Shades and Dragon Fly fairings' seem to be made from thicker ABS? Anyone happen to have a pic of how the inner fairing metal brackets, attach to the front forks? Thanks again for all the input!!

You answered both of my questions in your first post! I guess I must have been dozing the other day : ( I think I am just going to re-sell the 03 HD outer fairing, and go the Memphis Shades route. Thanks again for all the help!
