Okay gents,
Seems like the going thing, on here , is to upload a video, of the bike, after its running. Been runnin couple week's now , breaking her in, & getting her on the dyno, for final tuning. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxMBn...ature=youtu.be
Went little different route than most , as I bought aftermarket S&S heads, modified, so I could keep my stock ones unmolested. Combustion chambers were 76cc on these heads, so we used a .030 head gasket & ended with 9.21:1 Comp Ratio. CCP wound up 175 on both cylinders. Used a EVL-5005 cam. Lot more ***** than the Andrews Ev-13 cam. Think 1997Bagger hit the nail on the head with saying the EVL-5005 is like EV13 on steroids. So far no pinging or detonation. Will post dyno sheet, also.

Looks and sounds great!! How does the butt dyno feel when on the throttle?
Butt dyno tells me lots more low & midrange power than before, which is what I wanted. 20mph roll on to 90 is awesome, then it runs out which I knew beforehand it would with this cam. Only issue I can find, so far is the S&S carb, (if you look at the dyno chart, bottom 2 curves are baseline run, before rebuild/top 2 curves are after rebuild: the dip in torque curve in the beginning of run). Can't really feel it that much in real time, but indy says we can get that out & better performance with a cv carb, maybe a Bob Woods built cv. Out of money , this year for parts, so gas, oil, & tires are the only things I will buy this year. Runs great & gonna enjoy.
Ride Safe,
Harold

Might want to consider a Mikuni HSR42. I think you will be sad with the throttle response of a CV coming from a Super E. The CV might give the same power on the dyno, but it will feel like a handful of lazy every time you twist the grip.

Don't know but I will in a few week's. Busy at work, & will probably have to fabricate some brackets, but will post results when tuned. Worse case,( or best), depends on how you look at it, I'll put the Super"E", back on & have a Bob Woods built CV up for sale!
